How to sign up on NWC Online Payment Portal?
Signing up is easy and takes only a few minutes to complete. The following will be needed:
  1. Email address (username)
  2. Customer Number and Premises Number
    (Account Number e.g. 111111 - 111109)
Why do I need to register my credit card?
Registering your credit card provides added security by authenticating your Visa / MasterCard to make payments online.
Can I do a Credit Card transaction without registering?
No. It is mandatory to register before proceeding with your online payment.
Will I need to register each time I do an online transaction?
No. Registration is a one-time process for each credit card.
How do I register my credit card?
Registration Process
  1. You must have access to NWC's Online Payment Portal (registering an account)
  2. You are required to enter the credit card details.
  3. You will be charged a random transaction amount between J$1 and J$5 against the card. This amount will be reversed within 72 hours.
  4. Customers are required to call the issuing bank for the amount charged to complete the card registration process.
  5. You are now ready to pay !
Do I have to register for all my cards separately?
Yes. Registration must be done for all cards seperately.
Is there a time limit to complete the registration process?
Yes. You have 5 days in which to complete the process.
Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Yes. NWC Online Payment Portal uses SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) technology to safe guard your information. Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL secure server software. The encrypted information of your payment, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party.
Why has my account been locked ?
For security reasons accounts are locked when information is entered more than 3 times doesnot match our records.
Why my payment not going through?
When entering your credit cards details ensure the expiry date is 2 digit month and year (MM-YY)
How long does it take NWC to address any queries I may have?
A representative will respond to queries within two (2) business day.

Why should I allow pop-ups?
During the registering of your credit card a pop-up will be triggered.
How do I allow pop-ups?
  1. At the end of the address bar, click the pop-up blocker icon.
  2. Click the link for the pop-up window you'd like to see.
  3. To always see pop-ups for the site, select "Always show pop-ups from [https://online.nwcjamaica.com]." The site will be added to the exceptions list, which you can manage in the Content Settings dialog.
When will my account be updated?
Accounts will be updated within 24 hours. Payments made after 6 pm will be processed next business day.
Will I be refunded the amount charged at registration?
You will be charged a random amount between J$1.00 and J$5.00, this amount will be automatically voided / reverse.
What forms of payment is accepted?
NWC Online Payment Portal currently accepts Visa Cards, MasterCards, and KeyCards.
Is there a limit to the number of attempts I can make to confirm the registration?
Yes. You have 3 attempts to confirm the registration process. After which your account will be locked.
Can I pay more than one accounts with my login?
Yes. Upon registration you are required to register a primary account, then you can add additional account(s).
